Bokwa Step & Up™-  Using the same basic steps as Bokwa Dance, this class throws a step into the mix.  Participants will continue to draw letters and numbers with their movements while adding another level of fun for an incredible cardio blast.

Bokwa Tone & Core™ - An exciting group cardio workout incorporating wrist weights, while integrating Bokwa moves specifically designed to work your core and tone your entire body!

Butts -n- Guts - A 45-minute blast targeting the core and glutes.  It's time to give that extra little push that we all need on those stubborn abdominal muscles and glutes.  Be ready to shred and find what's hidden deep inside.

Enhance®Fitness - It's a low-impact class for individuals who battle any kind of joint issues such as arthritis, MS or fibromyalgia.  Every class includes cardio and strength training, as well as some moves to improve balance.  

Just Weight - Increase your strength and improve your definition using high intensity interval training (HIIT) and working on your muscular endurance.

Kettlebell Amp’d™ - This whole-body workout uses your favorite kettlebell moves and great music while focusing on specific areas such as arms, legs, core and cardio.  Each song concentrates on a main area, while still maintaining a whole-body routine.

Piloxing™ - A system that incorporates boxing, dance and standing pilates principles. The combination of these disciplines create a sense of balance that is physical and mental.

PiYo™ - A unique low impact, high intensity body transforming program designed to build strength & gain flexibility. It’s about energy, power, and rhythm. Think sculpted abdominals, increased overall core strength, and greater stability.

Ready, Sweat, HIIT – A total body workout featuring high intensity interval style training, along with mobility and core work.  There will be a mix of low and high impact exercises, which can be modified and progressed, with little rest in between.  Come ready to work hard and sweat hard!

Slow Flow Yoga™ - A meditative flow that practices slowing down by using a slow steady breath, holding postures, transitioning smoothly, and opening gently and mindfully with the ability to move deeper into one's body and self.

Spinning - A workout without comparison! Simulating an outdoor ride complete with sprints and hill climbs, this interval training class will definitely get your heart pumping!

STRONG by Zumba™ - Combines High Intensity Interval Training with the science of synced music motivation.  In every class, music and moves sync in a way that pushes you past your perceived limits to reach your fitness goals faster.

Sunrise Sculpt – A varied workout that focuses on strength training. Class may include circuit training, interval training, and core strengthening.

Tabata - 4 minutes of intense interval training/circuit training, in a number of combinations of 20 sec work, 10 sec rest, 8 cycles over a period of 45 minutes. It can be done with a number of different exercises that gets the whole body involved.  Tabata can be done as a cardio or strength activity and can be done with barbells, dumbbells, kettle bells or just bodyweight exercises. This class is the ultimate in interval training, and is guaranteed to make you work!

Turbo Kick™ - This class mixes kickboxing and dance moves with music that makes you want to move. This full body workout combines intervals, dance, and kickboxing to give you the ultimate cardiovascular and strength workout.

Vinyasa Yoga – Allow this traditional yoga class, based on Ashtanga philosophy, to guide you in finding your strength and inner balance through a sequence of energetic and creative movements, including standing, seated and reclining poses, as well as core isolation.  Through linking breath and movement, you will build strength and stamina as well as learn ways to focus your mind and relaxation techniques.  Bring a mat, a towel and water, and be prepared to sweat as you feel the amazing benefits of yoga. 

Yoga – Uses breath control, simple meditation, and specific bodily postures to help transform both your mind and body ultimately helping you find an inner calmness/peace, enhance your balance and stability, and leave you feeling stronger and more centered. 

Yoga Sculpt – This class incorporates hand weights with your favorite yoga moves for an incredible toning experience.

Zumba™ – Take the “work” out of workout, by mixing low-intensity and high-intensity moves for an interval-style, calorie-burning dance fitness party. 

Zumba Gold™ – Perfect for the active older adult looking for a modified Zumba™ class.  While focusing on balance, range of motion and coordination, you will definitely work up a sweat and enjoy those Zumba™ moves you know and love!

Zumba Toning™ – A dance fitness party which adds resistance by using light weights (Zumba Toning Sticks) and focuses on enhancing rhythm and coordination while toning target zones, including arms, core and lower body.
